but essentially, for a start, cut out ALL sugary foods from your diet. incease fruit and veggie portions and lower any other portions. be careful near the bread and meat group - lots of carbs and fat in that. drink skim milk or low fat milk. if you hold the time - prepare meals. i individually enjoy cooking - its fun :)
