Does anyone know how to boost your metabolism?? Like is in attendance a special type of food or excerise i should do?

Yeah...My metabolism is actually not as in a hurry as i want it to be and i heard it can be changed near specific excercise and eating...

Increasing the amount of muscle in your body increases your metabolism. Weight training should sustain. I"m not saying you requirement to go out and erect like a body builder, but simple 3 sets of 10 of respectively muscle group per week to start should do the trick.
There is also a training technique called shock exercise specifically supposed to increase your metabolism. I don't have like mad of practice or research on this technique but it looks legitimate. You constantly fine-tuning your exercise routine to make no routine, later your metabolism will not settle and "get used to" the average workload. This keep your metabolism running in greater gears. One day hoist heavy weights, the subsequent day run long distance, subsequent day elevate light weights/high reps, and verbs to try new fitness classes and different lifting technique.
