What's a fitting cardio excersize I could do at work where on earth I enjoy no equipment?

If there are stairs at work totter up and down them. That will get your heart rate up!
Get a fitting quality drop rope. You can carry it beside you and it really will give you an excellent workout contained by little time. A lot of times we are always looking for gym equipment next to lots of frills, but if you are serious about cardio, a simple bounce rope works. Good luck!

a simple way to do cardio anywhere, is skipping rope, it wishes just a rope, one square meter, its fun,low impact, and burns alot, whether ur travelling or cant hit the gym.

Try parking as far away from the building as possible. And put your foot as briskly as you feel comfortable. Try taking the stairs if nearby are any.
Walking or 10,000 steps a day, can increase calories burned & increase cardio robustness.
