Swollen ankles/feet from jog?

I just lately started jogging more or less a mile daily and experienced some soreness contained by my feet, ankles and leg muscles, which didn’t surprise me at adjectives and was no big concord. Before this I wasn’t very busy at all. Also, I run on an asphalt track, not a rubberized one. My sneakers are not super high-end but they are not terrible.

I also enjoy noticed lately that my ankles and tops of my feet are a bit “puffy” or swollen although that inventive soreness in my muscles and joint is not really there anymore.

Does anyone know if puffy ankles and foot could be a result of my recent jogging and/or enjoy you experienced anything like this yourself as a result of exercising? I’m wondering if perchance my shoes are tied too tight? or if it’s just a spontaneous effect of the high impact pounding on asphalt?
Serious answers simply please. Please don’t waste your time (and mine) mortal sarcastic. :)

swollen ankles/feet can be a sign of hose retention. best to have them looked at.
drink lots of wet before exercising from presently on so that water doesnt retain. also, stretch out ur muscles in the past and after ur mile run
It sounds to me that you spend alot of time standing. My mom used to put her legs up when laying subsequent to a wall. Maybe this will help
afford ur feet some rest b4 continuing again
