Swollen ankles/feet from jog?
I also enjoy noticed lately that my ankles and tops of my feet are a bit “puffy” or swollen although that inventive soreness in my muscles and joint is not really there anymore.
Does anyone know if puffy ankles and foot could be a result of my recent jogging and/or enjoy you experienced anything like this yourself as a result of exercising? I’m wondering if perchance my shoes are tied too tight? or if it’s just a spontaneous effect of the high impact pounding on asphalt?

swollen ankles/feet can be a sign of hose retention. best to have them looked at.
drink lots of wet before exercising from presently on so that water doesnt retain. also, stretch out ur muscles in the past and after ur mile run
It sounds to me that you spend alot of time standing. My mom used to put her legs up when laying subsequent to a wall. Maybe this will help
afford ur feet some rest b4 continuing again
