yes by intake smaller portions and eating early in the evening ,put away sweets at lunch so you can burn them off, chew your food longer also stop drinking when you no longer feel hungry. and never relay yourself your on a diet because the body will say " ohh no " freak out and store adjectives that it can, as for your hips that is where on earth you store your fat cell rather thats where on earth they are more predominant.exercise will tone that. I bet you look great with out the diet.

If I have acccess to the internet when I was 15 , I wouldnt be so obese in a minute. Look up a height and mass chart to get the correct mass for your height. Well exercise and portion control are good philosophy, but check this - my bro and his wife are on a diet, and they get to guzzle all sorts of things, more than 3 times a afternoon. It's just as much a situation of what you're taking in as other factor. I wish I could remember exactly what it be. I think it's the Body for Life diet. Anyways, appropriate luck.
