Boosting my metabolism after dieting...?
i do exercise 5-7 days a week and i drink the recommended 64 oz. of water. but i'm alarmed that i slowed down my metabolism ):
btw: i'm fifteen. female. and 130 pounds. i just now lost about 40 pounds... over a 5-6 month term.

aw correct job, hun! i hope you're not doing this purely to lose weight ,but even if you are you're doing it semi-smart.you should really be consuming at least possible 1300 calories a day, expecially for our age.(i'm 15, too). purely eat things that are between 20%-30%, to find out the percentage of oil, divide the total calories by the calories from fat. this help a lot. simply don't cut carbs or protien, because they give you activeness! hope this helped, and well brought-up luck! <3.
Unfortunately when you undereat on a really strict diet. Your body goes into starvation mode. Yes, you enjoy slowed your metabolism down. The only track to jumpstart is to eat more.
