The quickest and easiest path to lose cargo for free?

I need to lose some solidity quickly. i'd approaching to lose about 20-30 lbs within one month. can you tell me an unforced way to do this for free? i've tried running lap around the block, but I just can't stick to it. And my consumption habits are ok, but I've be used to fattening food for most of my life.
