If you one and only have a week, I don't regard as any regular diet will do you any good. Short of starvation, a week might be adjectives it close for just more or less anyone to lose some weight.
I know it sounds funny but do some push-ups or sit-ups formerly or after you eat. It will force the body to verbs your food into useful nutrients. Also, by doing that you will receive a tone and fit body with almost no hard work and gain a vast amount of get-up-and-go for the rest of the day. My favorite is to do 20 push-ups which is nil near of what I can do, but lately that little bit of work tells my body to start working and I get hold of the results that I want. For starters just do 3-5 push-ups or 25-30 sit-ups inwardly 5-10 minutes recommended before ingestion but after is okay.
Try to eat one and only natural sugar approaching fruit and no sodas. Whole wheat products are the best like complete wheat pasta. Drink more water if you don't already and consequently two days or less from the bubble cut down just for a moment on the water (not too much b/c you become dehydrated).
