Hi, I go to the gym everyday (5x times a week). I singular want to be skinny and cut, what kind of weights will you recommend? I am a guy. I am 5'3 and counterbalance 147. What weights would you recommend?

Go ask a personal trainer at your gym!
I weigh 81 lbs so if you can bench me youre cut haha. Just try it out stop being a dodo if you enjoy so much experience at the gym you should be able to take a feel fo r how much you should lift up.
