i have been-jogging/running and i know i am building muscle below a layer of fat- but they seeem larger and i thought running slims the legs and waist? i've be running for 1 year and am at my ideal weightiness after 2 kids.

I am have the same problem. I didn't really want to build muscle surrounded by my legs. I just required to have lean legs. Specially surrounded by my calfs, now they look close to men. Please let me know of any honourable answer that you get for this ?
