How could i lose over 20 pounds surrounded by 7 weeks?

5 of those 7 weeks i will be working 5 days a week 8 to 5 and i want to try the time to try to lose those 20 pounds(plus im sixteen years old and totally picky eater i hate salad and pasta)

but a smart alternative. have you tried the south sand diet? I don't know what your current height/weight ratio is but that might help. I lost 6 lbs within 2 weeks and only have about 10 lbs to lose.

you don't hold to eat salad on the diet but some prime vegetables.. there are a ton of site that hold food lists and menus.

okay, im going through this immediately, haha. uhm, so i eat special k, everything! okay, and do close to 20-30 situps 2x a day and run for 30 min. it help alot and protien bars assistance build the muscle and lose fat, and its devout for your bones and heart. when you eat meal, have close to, fiber water or alot of fiber, the fat/calories everyhting thats unpromising, wont be absorbed as much and it'll move everything through faster, so yeah.

-Do 100 sit-ups and as several push-ups as soon as you wake up.
-Go for a hike after your shift at work.
-Eat lots of fruits and drink lots of water.
-Eat 5 small meal.
-Eat less desserts, smaller amount bread.
-Get a free online subsription on Ediets and get the most up-to-date workouts and diets directly on your email.
-Do yoga 30 minutes of yoga at least twice a week.
-Get the dance with the stars DVD, it make me sweat and have fun at alike time.
- Stay motivated, yet set a cheat light of day per week where u can guzzle junkfood at least one suppertime of junk.
-Do 100 situps and as various push ups as you can before going to bed.
-Weight yourself individual twice a week or you could discourage urself easily.

Cut out soda and salt. They wreak bloating. If you cut out salt completely, you will lose something like 5 pounds in a week or 2 even lacking excersizing.
