is it better to guzzle breakfast before or after I work out?
Answer:
It well-mannered to eat at lowest a hour before you work to grasp your muscles going. Also eat a moment or two snack like a afterwards to replenish it.
If you do the fatburner stuff, next you should not eat. At max drink some dampen. If you do the high impact stuff, you should boost your sparkle with carbs.
Maybe a small cereal block or something like that. If you devour pancakes or something really heavy similar to that, you will feel resembling crap and will want to trow up and not work out.
