Weight loss give a hand?

Okay I'm going back to arts school in a month, I am average but also when I don't get through in the morning my stomach is flat I approaching it like that and I needed to know if it's okay to just get through a really little bit each daytime so my stomach can stay flat??
I just want to look right for school, ((because every year I look approaching a dork.behh!)

your consignment doesnt make you look similar to a dork, it sounds to me like your already transparent and that maybe you hold a high metabolism! to hang on to that, just obtain into sports, eat forceful & etc. and the chances of you ever gettin "obese" will be slim :o) and a entity to do about academy so you dont look like a "dork" translation the things (appearence) wise that you dont close to about yourself, bring a hair cut, capture a tan, return with your nails done, catch some new clothes (that label you look & feel the approach you want too) i know its sad to utter but those things really do give you an self-esteem boost, if you touch like you look great, your goin to look confident surrounded by yourself :) and we all know men construe confident girls are "sexy!" :) goodluck!
Not eating breakfast is the worst ting that you can do! Those those who do not eat breakfast tend to put on more weightiness. The trick to not gaining bulk and keeping a nice flat stomach is in the type of foods you munch through. Try eating greatly of salad and meat. Low GI foods also help. You should NEVER permit yourself get hungry (if you do your metabolism will slow down and when you do drink more of you food will be converted into fat fairly than energy).

It is also important to exercise regularly (walk at smallest 1 hour a day). Remember, in the second partly an hour you burn twice as many calories.

Sit ups are a flat stomachs friend.
Exercise everyday approaching jogging around the block
Skip meal. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per daylight
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at dark if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop adjectives the fast food and chocolate.
