Weight put somebody through the mill??

i am 5'3 and about 125 lbs

i am not thoroughly muscular
i have really big breasts and butt (unfortunatlety)

but i want to loose some weightiness QUICKLY

i already watch what i chomp through and walk in the order of 3 miles a few times a week
but its hard create my genes dont really let me

any suggestions

try to start a consignment lifting routine and maybe instead of walking 3 try to run or power walk for 1.5 miles or however far you can budge
why does everyone want a QUICK fix..? unfortunately it doesn't work that road.
A couple of tips. the quality and sum of your exercise is nowhere nearly enough...and when you speak you watch what you guzzle...give me two typical days of your food intake...(everything)...and I'll transmit you what you need to do...
You are not big for your stage. And there is nil wrong with havin breasts and a booty. Believe me, here are guys out there that appreciate it. I don't know your age, but stop worrying in the order of it. If you are walking 3 miles when you walk you are surrounded by good cardiovascular shape probably. When I be younger I had impossible to tell apart "problem". Now I realize I have a nice shape and heaps women wish they have it. Be proud of what you are.

You hold most of the formula down, diet, cardio, rest, but you are missing the weight training. To be successful you involve all of these things. Your body adapt really easy to excercise so shift your walking routine around. Walk up hills if at all possible, do one minute spurts of walking faster. Alternate days when you walk and do nearly 10 lunges walk for a while 10 lunges, etc. Get a heart rate monitor so you can see if you are elevating your heart rate while you're walking. Strenght or weight training is a determined for weight loss. You don't enjoy to join a gym within is a lot you can do minus a gym on your own. Push-ups many different variation like the one's you scholarly in conservatory, lean against a chair or wall, sit ups, reverse crunches, dips for your triceps, squats and lunges for your legs. There is so much more. Check your local library or bookstore for accepted wisdom.
