If you want to incorporate weights, but don't have any you can use simple household items such as milk jugs filled with water.
As far as a running workout it depends on what kind of shape you are in now. You don't want to overdo it and end up not sticking with the program.

u could run about a mile per day or do crunches and sit ups, to tone ur belly
you could go swimming ( if ther eis a pool near you) or you could do sit-ups, press ups, then theres walking, running, biking.
They all help :)
Well... start eating rice, and do some exercise of ur own. do some home exercises like children. jump more(means when u r working open the deck listen ur favorite music and dance i-e one kind of exercise), walk more. you don't need gym my your own gym, it will be great. work more.
