I need to shed in the region of 10 lbs quick for a weigh-in and I be wondering if anyone has even tried that lose 10 lbs surrounded by 48 hour drink thing and if it even works and how are you supposed to steal in and the restrictions. thankfulness.

Dont expect to lose 10 pounds on it. You might lose a few, but basically your supposed to mix it near water and lone drink that and water, nought else. Basically it lets some of the hose out of your body, but it all comes fund. So it doesnt really work, its just intervening.
