Answer:
Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping ancestors lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST path I know to lose weight is to detox.

Well, wether you will be craving for food or not depends on how you do your cargo loss programme. How you handle it depends on your mindset.

The best route I have tried is my detox programme. 14-19 pounds of counterbalance loss will help you become at most minuscule 1-2 dress size smaller. And losing this weight will engineer you feel lighter which will probably facilitate you in your gymnastics:)

Because you are into gymnastics.. take care about wat sort of diet plan you embark on for if you jump on the wrong plan, you will find yourself very tired and shabby all the time.

I own a safer or faster alternative to achieve it- a detox. I myself enjoy lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.

My mentor also lost 15 pounds in a week doing the detox ;)

A detox is healthy because it brings harmonize back to your body and losing bulk is just a by product of the detox. So at the finale of the detox, you will find yourself get more noisy, healthier, more radiant looking as ably.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to adapt your diet a little bit. Eg, nick more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a morning to take some inherent health foods that I bring to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you guess? ;)

My guess is it is probably muscle weight. Even if it's not, losing 14-19 pounds contained by 6-8 weeks is an unrealistic and unhealthy dream.
Losing half a pound a week is greatly more healthy. You might try the Weight Watcher's program. I'm not discussion about the pre-packaged food; I'm chitchat about their diet plan. It's a more natural way to lose bulk and keep it sour by eating well foods in logically sized portions and keeping indulgent desserts to a minimum.

However, I would strongly suggest you talk to a doctor earlier going on any weight loss plan. 119 pounds at a echelon of 5'1 doesn't sound that out of flash to me, especially if you are a gymnast and therefore get a lot of muscle counterweight.
