water is river I say! you bring it from milk, juice, vegetables, food! pure wet mixes with the contents of your stomach when you drink it so its not pure when it reach the point of energizing your body. the question asks does it count... yes it does, result in if you eat something near artificial sugar in it and later drink water, its gonna mix surrounded by your stomach anyways. you are what you eat!!
It's fine to use sugar free sweeteners, and within fact I resembling to have at smallest one of my water servings resembling this each light of day. .to break up the monotony of plain old hose. What you can't use as a substitute for water are drinks that are contain caffeine.
lol. my elderly coworker used to do this drive me nuts. NO! it does not count. Drink water w/o artificial sweetners. You will gain weightiness if you don't.
Well whats the purpose of drinking more water if you regard as you need to attach artificial flavorings, colorings and sweeteners to it?
There is also water content contained by foods( fruits and veggies) which count towards your 64 ounces of water.
If you merely stop drinking flavored drinks you will learn to love hose. Your body will feel better.
