Why is it that even when i see girls heavier than me, i construe they are pretty but when i see myself i'm hefty?

Instead of getting jealous, why not embezzle a positive action? We are our harshest critics but it's how we choose to agreement with our self-critism that decide wether or not we are beautiful. If you choose to adopt yourself as you are it will show. You will carry yourself differently, speak, have an idea that and respond differently and you'll be a lot happier for it. If you establish that you can't accept yourself the ay you are, afterwards do something to change it. Go to the gym, coach a netball troop whatever it is that make you judge yourself, find something that contradicts that thought and apply yourself to it. Focus on what your right at, what you have consummate in your life span and the blessings you have in a minute instead of focusing on the opposite. Nobody here can speak about you anything that you haven't heard a thousand times since. Only you can change the opening you think and touch about yourself and you enjoy to make a conscious result to do that. Until your ready to get that decision not a soul can help you.

all right it sounds very instinctive to me..everyone does it wether they realize it or not....but if its getting to the point where it is freshly realy bothering you..then you might be getting to a point surrounded by time where some progress in your time is needed.
You have a poor self-image. Rather than worrying nearly your outside, start working on the kind of character you are inside. When you like who you are, you will be capable of start liking the creature on the outside.

Are you young? I be like that when I be a teen into my early twenties but it go away. I still do it occasionally...but then I chew over, maybe she's thinking matching thing roughly speaking me. :)
Write a list of adjectives the thing you approaching about yourself.
Do not a moment ago write down the physical, include personality traits, talent, smarts also.
When you feel unpromising remind yourself of one of these things.
Another idea is to do something positive that will sort you feel moral about yourself. If you soak up a certain sport associate a club, even a social one. If you love to dance turn and get some module. If you like zilch more than a nice long walk along the shoreline then do that. You will find that you are exercising and not even realising it. Even earlier you see any physical changes you perceive so much better about yourself. If you can find something explicitly fun it will be easy to do and any form of physical change will be an added bonus.
Girls alwayz verbs about all right.. everything. Whether its their not pretty enough, not smart adequate, or not skinny enough. All girls have low self-esteem. I guess that we're just not totally confident when it comes to our body or our looks. But I suggest that you just respect your body and a moment ago think something like the good things just about it?

You got to relax and chill gal. I can read how you feel cos I be aware of this way up to that time as well. it I don`t know due to a few factors and as follows,
1. Stress due to working enviroments
2. Lack of rest
3. Lack of insulin ( sugar )
4. Inferior complex
This is one of the few points that will engineer a individual feel uneasy or even be aware of a sense of inferior.. You need to hold a good rest and most exalted you have to ask yourself this put somebody through the mill, "When is the last time you own done a great workout and release all the stress and rigidity that you may have within yourself".
I ever experience this like you do when I am TRUE overweight, but everything has amendment since I take control of my enthusiasm a few years back by stop procastinating and start doing something for myself. So I muse you so do the same as ably, rather later feeling fruitless about it, might as ably you do something about it.
