Be within better shape by Feb. 25th?

If I do a morning workout,at least 30 minutes of cardio afternoon,push-ups and sit-ups at night,chomp through better,and drink plenty of water everyday will I be within better/great shape by Feb.25th?


Answers:    most definitly! intaking less calories will speed it up the fastest though.
you are technically within better shape after each workout... but the query is getting to your ideal weight/ fitness. hm that's a leap.. a month really isn't much. but you'll manifestly notice a difference if you maintain up a good diet and exercise.
