Exercising and drinking ask?
I also am 16 years old and weigh 260.
Am I doing perfect exercise?
Also, if I eat breakfast which is normall around 300-400 calories, do I own to burn like 1000 calories a light of day by running? Same thing go with lunch and dinner?
If so, I a bit just throw my food hindmost up, because burning 500 calories is already enough to hold on to me sore through out the day
Answer:
It probably take 2000 calories per day for your body to function, so the exercise is surrounded by addition to your body's metabolic rate for staying alive. It is fitting that you count calories so you realize how much you are getting, and exercising so you are burning extra calories. It takes 3500 calories to breed or lose 1 pound. So weight lose take time. You are doing good beside your exercise program and keeping track of your eating. Eat hearty calories and not empty second-hand goods food calories. Do some weight lifting along near your cardiovascular exercise and it will help near the weight. You don't involve to throw up and burning 500 calories is very pious. Keep exercising, regulate your diet and you will be at your target soon. Remember that weight is a lifestyle. Unless you swot to eat properly and exercise you will gain pay for all of the weightiness.
well at ur age you necessitate to eat around 1,800 to about 2,200 calories a daytime so make sure you preserve track of what you eat you can step over but just by 400 afterwards you do your exercise and loose 500 you end up loosing 100 a time that is awsome
You burn approximately 1200 calories a sunshine without doing any exercise at adjectives.
If you eat 1600, and burn a total of 1700, you will own a 100-calorie per day deficit. Once you've burned 1500 calories, you lose one pound.

for the second part of your sound out. nobody eats exact amount for the requirement of the body ,so please try and enjoy your food.
i construe your tread mill is wrong and the info it gives requests to be rechecked
Don't throw up your food! Also, I would recommend doing some weight training contained by addition to the treadmill, since muscle burns calories.
OK,i am a wrestler, and i own to work out a lot.You should eversize 3 times a week four 2 hours You shold run for 10--20 minits.Try to do 30 siteupsand any entry eales you can think of. I know this sounds similar to a lot but you will thank me subsequent.
i would have a diffrent routine every daytime. like
sundays - run on treadmill.
mondays- 100 spring rope jumps and 25 sit-ups
tuesday - 40 jump jacks and burn 250 calories on the treadmill
wendsdays - lunges for 10 minutes and 10 minutes squats
thursday - treadmill
friday - 15 mintutes crunches, 5 minutes 6 inches, 40 jumping jacks
saturday - 100 fly rope jumps, 5 minutes sit- ups
it isnt so much roughly speaking counting the calories you burn or eat. it does give a hand but try excersiying diffrent parts of your body. as you burn the fat ayou gain muscles. dont get through candy (maybe every once and a while) and try to eat lots of bread, fruits and vegtables. Stay beside water not coke. As you work out, you will be capable of do more working out. try pushing your self to burn 5 more calories on the tread mill everyday. so burn 500 one day 505 the subsequent 510 the day after that. Maybe spend 3 hours surrounded by a workout room. Remeber you are a growing person. Not ingestion is not the right way to step. just stand up to yourself to spend more and more tim e every day. i wouldnt do the treadmill everyday because that grasp boring. change it up for a while.
Good Luck!
At 260 lbs you need roughly 2500 calories a light of day just to survive, which is by any mode enough IF you choose the right foods.
It's not freshly the exercise but the kind of food you drink combined with it what is going to sustain you manage your immensity.
You may want to do some simple changes to sustain,
1. Have your largest, heartiest meal within the morning.
2. Divide everything you eat surrounded by a day between 5 smaller meal, that will keep you content and burning calories for a longer time than when eating 3 meal a day.
3. Don't munch through what you don't need to survive (sweets, butter, cream, fried foods, educated flours, sodas.).
4. Do not be afraid of carbs. Your body needs them, so own a little, but formerly noon. In the afternoon, stick to proteins and simple carbs (like fruit and vegetables).
5. Steam, broil or heat your meals. Without added excess weight, that is.
6. Change your workout routine every 4 weeks. Add something or do something different. Try swimming, for example. Another approach is doing alternate exercises on alternate days, so your body doesn't catch used to them.
7. Add a little counterbalance training to your routine. The more muscle mass you develop the more calories you'll burn, even while at rest.
And be constant. You didn't put the weight overnight, so don't expect it to drop overnight, too. Keep on doing your exercise and on top form nutrition routine. This way you'll attain used to living healthy, and won't put the bulk back again.
Ah.don't rely on scales too much, especially human being male. Go buy a margarine caliper and measure yourself near it every week. Thiw will show the percentage of fat you hold lost.
Yes an hour on the treadmill is good exercise.
No, You don't hold to burn 5oo calories a day by exercising. Eating 3-400 calories for breakfast is not alot.
The average women wants 1500 calories a day and the average guy around 2000. Your amusement level and metabolism will effect these things. Your age also, considering you are 16 your metabolism is superior than say mine at 46.
I would explain to you to do some other training besides just cardio...ie treadmill, running, walking, biking. Try lifting weights on alternate days. Cardio in the future - weight the subsequent. You don't have to travel to a gym either, you can but you can also go and get an effective workout beside dumbbells and weights at home.
Your body increases it metabolic rate for 2 hours after cardio workout, but your body increases it metabolic rate (meaning the calories you will burn doing normal activities) for at least possible 12-18 hours after lifting weights. Try that and I think you will obtain fit faster and also lose weight much faster.
Here is an excellent book I recommend on lifting weights - novice or advanced..."The New Rules of Lifting" by Schuler, Cosgrove. Just do a search within Quotes for the book on Your favorite search engine and you should find it.
I am a former U.S. Marine, plus I run within mini marathons and train regular with weights.
