Are 'frosted' cornflakes a upright breakfast choice for children?and why?
Answer:
No, since they are "frosted" beside sugar.
If you want to make cornflakes more exciting and palatable, for children, you can supply bits of fresh fruit.
Other good breakfast choices are: oatmeal, scrambled eggs, low sugar yogurt, complete wheat toast with natural peanut butter, homemade muffins, grits, etc. Breakfast should be calorie dense and include complex carbs for brain fuel.
Good luck with your project!
No this is not a moral breakfast for children because there are too frequent grams of sugar in the cereal. A obedient breakfast might be something like Special K, All Bran, Kashi which may be rock-hard to get children to munch through. So i would recommend toast or fruit with yogurt.
Nope too much sugar within it.Plain Cornflakes are a better alternative...
I would say no grounds it is too sugary. I give my daughter Kix or Rice Crispies cereal.
Frosted cornflakes contain alot of sugar, but remember that children are children and are growing. If they're not overweight, consequently it's unfair to put them on a no-sugar diet. Frosted cornflakes are honest to give them possibly once or twice a week. On the other days, substitute scrambled eggs. Dye them green and fry some ham and have fun near it. (Green eggs and ham!) Make chocolate chip pancakes, or waffles. Try bacon and sausage near a cinnamon oatmeal.

Sugar is just 'fast energy' for kids, approaching super charging them, usually NOT a real dutiful idea. Kids are live enough lacking plugging them into a sugar fix and having them wired for speed!
