Works for a while, but you get tired of it, it is in actuality a good starting diet, but you wouldnt be capable of do it for a very long time, the longest I enjoy heard it works is approaching for 8 months. So, you will then find an alternative or a well again lifestyle.
It is one of the easiest to do tho, but i would certainly try to bring off the hook from it after six months and conversion strategies

No but i know a few who have done it dont do that south seaside diet or like that hose crap do jenny craig that is affordable my mom and dad did it and contained by just a few months they look awsome trust me.
