Are within any differences when working out next to an adjectives or recumbant stationary bike?

Whats the difference between an upright and recumbant stationary bike?

Answer:
Recumbant is much easier on your rear legs. It's ergonomically designed and sits more like a sled. The workout is better because it's much lower impact and the rigidity can be set in the pedals tighter due to the design.
Muscle mobilization is a little different because of different angles between legs and torso. Other than that, not much.
