What do you study out for within food more, Calories, Fat, or Carbs?
Answer:
calories are what it all boils down to. 1 gram of carbs have 4 calories, 1 gram of fat have 9 calories, and 1 gram of protein has 4 calories. ultimately they are adjectives broken down into calories, and if you eat more than you burn, you store them as heavy.
fat. i will not put away anything with more than 5% large content
More like fleece, nails and scabs.
ably bread is low in calories, depends on what characteristics, but high within carbs. so i watch out for carbs mostly on that one...but if im consumption meat, i watch out for the obese...but to answer ur question...i would probably be watching out more for the calories
You should check out sparkpeople.com
You hold to register, but it's completely free. Then go to "My Nutrition" and it will inform you how many calories, grams of overweight and carbs (as well as other stuff--just in the order of anything you want to track...) you need surrounded by a day. Eating a roll is one article... eating complex carbs near protein is another. But, it just depends on your dietary requirements, etc.
For me it would be carbs, sugar and sodium
