Do you reflect on Creatine supplements will speed up reclamation time of an injury?

I know that Creatine (not sure if thats spelt right) helps speed up seizure time for fatigued muscles and stuff, but do you think it would relief with a strained muscle or ligament? What roughly speaking a dislocation? Thanks

Answer:
Not at all. In reality, it does NOT speed up recovery time even for "fatigued", tired, overused, etc., muscles, any. That is a total scam to get your money. Creatine does zilch but take money out of your wallet. It does zilch for you.
This is what I do...research drugs, supplements, devices, etc.
Creatine and Whey Protien both add surrounded by muscle growth. It cannot hurt your recovery to pocket them both. I am not sure how much help they would be for dislocation but again they will not weigh down your recovery contained by any way
sonic squeeze can do that, also bromelain which can be obtained surrounded by certain meat tenderizer
RICE - Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation will backing much better. Creatine helps more for fatigue, but not much for injury.
It doesn't back dislocations but can help reform torn muscle along with whey protein.
Creatine is a chemical -found within red meat- which helps retain marine and nutrients in your muscles. Therefore, it would help out a strained muscle (as it is designed by supplemet manufactureers to help muscles repair and grow). It would back retain all of the suitable nutrients in your muscle which would nurture them allowing them to recover faster and stronger.
Dislocation is different. I presume that's a different type of healing.

Probably restricted amounts of creatine would help.

I would also try L-Lysine for its regenerative potential.

Keep surrounded by mind that injuries are different from simply "fatigued" muscles. You should see a doctor and/or sports therapist for any injuries.

Good query!
I think DRibose is is what you should check into.
Nope it will not espeically not for ligaments and dislocations. that stuff is used to building muscle not beneficial an injury
