Nope. You won't lose 25-30 lbs. by the end of August. (And drinking yogurt, Special K, skim milk, fruit and vegetables is NOT enough food.)
You MIGHT lose 20 lbs. IF you really correction how you eat and exercise correctly.
You requirement to eat no smaller quantity than 1,200 calories a day. Less than that and you'll be adjectives your body and it will hold on to all your stored portly and calories to protect your vital organs. You won't lose anything. And you can't exercise if you don't drink enough.
You entail vegetables, lean meat/protein, whole grain (for example bread--the more fiber it has contained by it, the closer to whole small piece it is) and fruit. Instead of eating 3 meal a day, chomp through 6 smaller meals a sunshine. That will keep your blood sugar stable and you won't be so hungry between meal.

Sounds good to me, a flawless diet with fruit, veg and protein. Exercise within moderation and you can't help but lose solidity.
drink 1 gallon of water a daylight... only 1000 calories a year... try to find a clinic that will dispense weight loss products to you... however losing more than 2 punds a week can be poorly!!

I lost 20 pounds surrounded by about a month near Denise Austin's workout. It comes on lifetime every morning monday through friday. I recorded the shows afterwards did the workout when I had time. It really works! Depending on where on earth you live comes on different times. I live in Georgia and it comes on at 7am. Oh yeah, do not start ingestion less while doing the workout. That is alot of mass to lose in that amount of time. It is possible, but not massively healthy to lose that much weightiness that quickly. The first ~10 pounds will be hose weight. That sould come rotten pretty quickly. After that it's adjectives about burning more than you intake.
Bike riding is not the best for losing immensity. It's good for helping to tone your legs, but as most of it's stress is there, it's not the greatest for heavy burning. Everything else will help. I would alter the bike riding to something more aerobic, perhaps an eliptical electrical device or swimming. Swimming is excellent for getting in shape as it is a full body workout.
Unless you're significantly overweight, you won't know how to lose 30 lbs in smaller quantity than 2 months; at least in need destroying your body with stimulants and starvation.

The exercise sounds angelic. Those crunches will do more for toning than for burning calories. If you can, add for a moment resistance training to your routine. It doesn't have to be starchy weight, simply something to help your muscles affiliate in on the solid burning.
