Which do you expect is worse??

bear contained by mind I'm on a diet, but I'm having my first daylight off within two weeks. So which is worse Cheeseburger and fries from the chippy or a curry chip with onions, peas and mushrooms from the Chinese. Its any treat myself tonight - get it over next to and move on or I'm head for a slippery slope - I can feel it. Have lost a stone so far.

in good health they are both prob full of hydrogenated fat so neither is a in particular healthy leeway however, if you have the chinese at tiniest you have the indiscriminate that some of the food is made with veg or sunflower grease so its less fattenin.

try have rice (not egg fried!) instead of chips and this will be the healthy selection. if youve gone this long without i dont conjecture it really matters that much tho so treat yourself tonight and verbs tomorrow, have a treat every fortnight and you wont slip up so much. i did this when i be on thie weight watchers diet. i lost loads of wieght because i be treating myself once a week/fortnight and eating healthily the rest of the time.

it's adjectives about harmonizing your food and diet. just be sensible and theres no entail to worry!
The chinese would be more well again if the food isn't FRIED. =D But.. why don't you just walk to Subway and get a salad or a robust sandwich? SUBWAY.EAT FRESH^^. worked for my mom. lol <3
they are all bleak but try to do some excersice play any sport so that the extra calories u consumed wont affect u since u are active,.it will match out

Cheeseburger and fries are the worst; terrible nutritional plus. I hope at least the curry chip near onions, peas and mushrooms comes with rice?? At least possible it is not as deep fried and fatty as a cheeseburger and fries.
Well done on losing a stone. Think the cheeseburger is probably worse surrounded by terms of flab content. Still, if you're treating yourself, just move about for the one you want most!

Chinese would be a tad more healthy but after loosing a stone, why dance to the extreme of having a big meal of calories?

Why not treat yourself to something smaller and home cooked. Even making your own burger from minced meat is better for you, beside oven chips!

Or a calorie counting, supermarket, ready cooked Chinese spread!

Don't undo, adjectives you have achieve If you eat today as you want and put 4lbs on, you'll be so annoyed beside yourself tomorrow!

The chinese and curry are actually worse for SATURATED butter compared to a burger..but its a treat!! dont worry which is worse lately follow your stomach =D,,,yur allowed a night bad after doing so well..(and your really honourable! if i had done something approaching that im the kind of creature who woulda had a burger for lunch consequently went 4 a chinese, procure pissd at the pub n then get some curry on the way home 4 a midnight snack =D lmao)...<3

economically done so far.If you feel that you really do necessitate a night past its sell-by date then budge for the one you fancy the most.But once you are full up get straight up and tip the rest into the bin so you don't over guzzle, and remember to enjoy. XX

Good for you! Go for which ever you truly crave. The unbroken part of treating yourself is not to verbs about the contents! Once every two weeks, be it cheesecake, icecream, cheese burger, what ever! It will keep hold of you on track. Just limit, don't deprive.

both are extremely doomed to failure, the fact that you are have cravings means you are creeping rear to your old ways, stay strong and verbs, you will be much more pleased with the results, i used to do what you are imply and believe me after you eat it, you will have a feeling imensenly guilty, it takes two weeks of easier said than done works to show results but it only take one bite to ruin it and you remember that! if you are serious about loosing cargo you should curb your cravings maybe a clean smoothie in the afternoon until that time dinner so u wont go hungry. and be in motion to sleep early tonight.
I deduce the Cheeseburger & fries from the chippy would be the worst option! At least possible the chinese dish has some vegetables near it, which can make it come across partially nourishing!
