Has anyone tried the 'Slim contained by Six' program? How did it work for you and is it worth trying?

I just started the Slim surrounded by 6 series this past Monday..I AM IN LOVE!
I started the 6 daytime express diet (Plan 2-High Protein) and I follow the AM and PM exercise...plus before the AM I do the 15 minute "Slim & Limber" which is great to do right when I wake up up!
The Express diet has 3 diet plans.and after the 6 days is over you only just keep following it except give more food (they have * by the foods you can increase for that meal)...really glib!
The 1st plan is more leaniant.you can have carbs (good ones) and more fruit and such.where on earth the 2nd on (that i am doing) in soaring protein..veggies and a little fruit..the 3rd plan is the "Photo Shoot" plan lone to be done when you need to look you're best.resembling after you finish the 6 weeks!
The workouts are great Debbie is wonderful! I started with the "Start it Up!" workout and I be sweating and my pulse was going but I be able to in actual fact make it through lacking collapsing!! Which was a spectacular act for me! lol
Anyway you CAN NOT FAIL with this program as long as you follow the diet (NO CHEATING!) Drink 64-100 ounces of hose down a day (very big!) and follow the exercise program!
I started 6 days ago and I have lost 6 pounds so far, and my pant are starting to sag on me!!
