does anyone have fitting examples of crash diet tips? ways to get rid of excess marine weight?

no i am not planning on crash dieting. i know how unwell it is. im just looking for some examples for a research broadsheet im working on. thanks!

You could say that gonkg on a diet for a week ingestion only celery. That would draw from rid of about 5 pounds and is yes totally poorly.
OK, let's assume that you've read all the warning and the possibility that you'll lose more water than tubby.

What works for me is this: get some of those 'slimmer's milkshake' powders - because they're loaded up next to the vitamins you'd be missing - and some psyllium husk, which you can usually buy in bulk from a vigour food store. Then at mealtimes you generate a 'shake' in the blender composed of one milkshake and a spoonful of the psyllium and DRINK IT RIGHT NOW BEFORE IT SETS SOLID!! beside another glass of dampen if helpful.

Why this works for me: two reason. First, the psyllium swells up inside you - look what happens to the contents of the cup - and this not only satisfy your stomach's need for bulk but it also keep your bowels open. You may have need of to experiment to find the correct quantity, but this is untaught and much better than scouring your bowels beside laxative (friends may want to stay upwind of you until you've worked it out). The second reason is that I simply can't cope near cooking small helpings and adjectives that jazz, and my comfort food is meat - I could tear a rack of spare ribs to pieces. So I find that it's better to train my tastebuds to forget that there's such a entity as tasty food and stick beside the bland stuff for a while.

You've got room for an apple or two contained by this regime, and I can knock off four pounds a week slickly - more the first week because of the water, plainly.
Sounds crazy, but to get rid of excess hose weight is to drink more hose down!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a sunshine. Nothing other than hose in between. Include plenty of pink vegetables and fruits in respectively meal, preferably 50%. Chew respectively morsel at least 32 times to generate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walk regularly preferably twice a day.

U will do what u have not even dreamt and that too contained by a reasonable time. Do not be surrounded by a hurry.
