What's the best body building plan for me? (experienced advice please)?
I still have some "left over" muscle, and i have a little fat around my waist that I want to get rid of. I forgot many of the workouts i used to do.
theres a gym at my apartment complex, and since im already paying for that, im working out there. Problem is, there arent many pros that hang out there, at least not pro enough to give me a plan.
The real question is: where do I start, what's the best plan, and whats a good source (onlline or otherwise) that i can use to guide me now and later on?

I'm not going to get into detail, but basically, just checkout bodybuilding.com and goto the forums or forum.steroid.com both places discuss diet, cardio, and weight lifting. They are pretty much the best sources available online.
