(thats how unpromising it is for you) however losing 60 pounds is a large mass for you body to lose...it is nearly impossible and any weight trainer wouldnt recommend that glorious of a goal ..start out slow..it is unwell for your body to lose more then 5-10 pounds a week ..unless you are doing it through excersize not by stop intake!! the best help i can confer you is too eat just about 5 times a day..but within small portions! your body needs continous sparkle but not so much food that you are stuffing youself also a good excersize progam will support..try jogging every morning.. :)
This is course to much weight to try to loose surrounded by under 2 months. It is foolish to loose more than 2 lbs per week. This is only 16 lbs by September. Start by intake more vegi's and fruits, whole grain and lean proteins and increase your cardio to 4-5 times/week at a min. of 45 minutes with your heart rate up but not to nouns. Also remember to eat a small heathly breakfast to bring you metabolism going in the morning. Get started very soon and continue to lose bulk through Sept. People will notice the change in you by Thanksgiving.
