If I were you i'll choose work out at morning because morning time is better than hours of darkness time and the reason is when you rouse up in the morning you be aware of fresh and ready to work so you can work massively well and lose solidity but in the dark you'll feel tired after long sunshine and maybe you'll sleep so if you hold on to going this way you'll never work and you'll never lose shipment...
