Is it alright to take a bath or shower immediately after a workout or exercise?
Answer:
Yep. Especially if your partner is with you.
it would only help get the sweat off you and cool you off... it's kinda nasty if you don't...
no. you should 'cool down' first before leaving the workout area. otherwise you risk causing injury. you have to let your muscles calm down a bit.
yes, in-fact I highly reccomend it! Thats why Gyms have showers in them. You dont have to take a cold shower, take a hot shower. Its good for your muscles.

no it aint. let your sweat cool off. if u dont do u might get sick
id disagree on that.. coz ur body heats up during exercise and a quick change in temperature is not wise, so sit down for 15 - 20 mins and then take a bath.. b aware of the temperature of the water..
absolutely wrong to do this kind of procedure, actually when you exercise your body temperature will increase ,your heart rate will be raised u r adrenaline will be pumped into blood circulation which leads to dilatation of veins in skin leading to sweating when you take bath suddenly the body temperature is suddenly cooled which must not be done in spite it must cool slowly so that your sweat stops u r heart beat returns to normal which may take only few mins till then u take rest and then have a nice bath
wait for a while before hittin the shower
yes i don't wont to start smelling when you come out do u plus helps you to relax after a hard work out i found that it relaxes me after that.
