Do you own to steal creatine evyday?

I work out 4 days a week and started to use creatine.

I just needed to know after the loading process do you have to embezzle creatine everyday or just you workout days?

the answer is YES. after your done loading, you still take creatine on the days you do not workout as economically. everyday's dosage should be the same.
