i drink coffee not for the purpose of waking up, but i just drink it just to drink. now i can't stop. i make my daily trips to starbucks, but if i want to stay slim and tight i know i'll have to stop.

alternatives please.

Answer:
For starters, don't quit "cold turkey," otherwise you will go through caffiene withdrawal. Cut down gradually.

If you get all of your coffee at Starbucks, set a limit on the amount of money you are going to spend on coffee each day. For example, if you currently buy four cups of coffee each day, set a "budget" limit at three cups. In place of the fourth cup, have a non-caffienated beverage (bottled water, juice, etc.). As time goes on, keep cutting down further.

There is no harm in having one cup of coffee a day. There are actually many benefits to drinking coffee. You just need to cut back, not cut it out entirely.
just think of coffee as something that you shouldnt have on a regular basis; more of as a treat that u can indulge on once in awhile [a loooong while for u lol jk]
drink something lighter, like tea, milk, or water
and if you're really in a jam, exercise instead to get rid of your caffine cravings, k??
HOPE I HELPED YA<33
be careful tho, u could have a withdrawl with caffine since ur body might be used to it.
