What is a good structured diet I can follow?

use a health traingle, eat one or two of eat serving
fruits- 1/2
diary-1/2
meat- 1/2
vegetables- 1/2
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
I never followed any diet, i made my own diet with my knowledge of nutrtion and the help of my doctor.
It was basically 1700 cal a day...
150 grams of carbs-- Oatmeals, rice, pasta, bread, etc
150 grams of proteins-- white meat, eggs, fish ( salmon, tuna, haddock), milk, etc
Less than 30 grams of fat--- olive oil, fatty fishes, nuts etc
Also atleast 6 different veges,
1 glass of fortified fruit juice.
20 min cardio 6 times a week
15 mins weight lifting 3 times a week
My doctor told me tht i should publish a diet book, it really worked. I didnt lose much weight , but i lost 29 inches from my whole body and got my dream figure...I only lost 9 pounds. i converted the fat into muscle.
