How can i gain weight extremely fast the healthy way?

hey im 14 years old and i weigh 100 pounds i need to gain some weight really fast pllz help desprate

Answer:
-Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday.

-Try to eat more fiber, protein, and have some wheat too.

-Try doing some pushups, because the more muscle you have the more calories your body burns.

-Eat more fruits and vegetables. Try to eat an apple and banana a day.

Hope this helps! Good Luck!
Exercise and get some muscle.
Eat 4-6 times a day (no need to stuff yourself full each time... just eat until you're satisfied). Ensure that you've got adequate protein at each meal (cottage cheese, cheese, milk, eggs, lean meats, etc), a good-sized serving of vegetables or fruit, and a dose of healthy fats (extra virgin olive oil, fish oil, flax seed oil, etc). When you ingest grains, try and restrict it to healthier whole grain choices rather than heavily processed foods.

Do this and engage in regular physical activity, and you should maintain a healthy weight. Weight-lifting with basic, compound movements is particularly good for keeping your muscles firm and strengthening your bones.
There is no way to either gain or lose extremely fast that is healthy.

That said, to gain weight, you will have to take in more calories than you need.

If you increase your consumption of french fries and ice cream, you will put on fat, not muscle. Fat is flabby and may bulge in inconvienient places.

Muscle is firm, smooth, and shapely. You want to put on muscle, not fat.

Work out with weights to increase your muscle. No, contrary to popular myth, you will not get huge bulging muscles. You will get toned and shapely arms, legs, thighs, calves, giving your body beautiful definition.

Eat lean protien and veggies. Drink 3 glasses of whole milk daily. Choose eggs, cottage cheese, beans, cheese. Eat more meals daily, and a healthy bedtime snack. Check out some of the weight gain formulas at your local health food store or GNC.

Go to the library or the book store and look over books on body building for women.

Good luck!
Go to your doctor and tell him/her what your planing and ask his/her advice. You're young and growing anyway. If your height, bone structure is cool for 100 pounds you may be healthier just letting nature take its course. BUT if your really tall for your age or if 100 Lb. is underweight for you then, again, discuss this with your doctor. He/she will probably suggest an increase in both protein (but don't leave out the veggies! Your bones will be growing too and they will need the minerals in those leafy greens!) and exercise. Free weights to build up muscle and bone mass and cardio to build endurance.
Just do not go the fast route and try any thing other than the natural, admittedly slow, way of gaining weight. Young as you are that stuff can mess you up completely and for the rest of your life.
