Eat small amounts of good food a lot of times during the day and exercise. Eating small amounts lots of times increases metabolism and will immensly help you lose the tuff pounds.
Stop eating when you're full, drink only water (no soda, no gatorade) and walk 30 minutes a day. Fill your house with healthy food choices, fruit (front and center in the refrigerator) and vegetables.
Consistant excercise, maybe if your consuming alot of sugar cut down on that also. cardio and drink lots of water through out the day. thats the best way for me.
good luck!

Otherwise eat small meals low in saturated fats and refined carbohydrates to help your body from struggling to burn those things. numerous small meals are the key to helping yourself increase your metabolism, because your body burns faster with a half full stomach then a empty one
Hi,

It should help you.
This seems to be a common question here, in some variation of the form. Well, you need to say if you want to lose body fat first, or just tone up. Losing body fat is never a bad thing, so I'll start there. This is done mostly by a good diet. The human body needs three elements to perform efficiently - carbs, protein, and essential fats (such as omega-3). But remember, there are good carbs and proteins just as there are bad ones, too. Carbs are the body's main fuel source, proteins are the building blocks of muscle tissue, and the essential fats are great for the brain.
Now, when working out, the body will burn its supply of carbs before it moves to the fat storage areas for energy. This can take up to a half-hour, before you even begin to burn body fat. I recommend high-protein, low carb diets, such as the South Beach Diet, but don't get too low-carb, either (can cause health problems, such as ketosis). Wait about an hour after eating to work out, so that your body has time to synthesize the food into fuel. I utilize the "boxer's diet" for most all my later-day meals, which is basically all the skinless chicken (and NOT KFC), eggs, green vegetables, and cheese you want. Oh, and eat smaller meals more often, rather than the three traditional meals each day. Go for about 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hours. This keeps metabolism at its peak.
Basically, everyone is sexy underneath however much fat they have covering it. I wouldn't imagine that apparently being a girl, you would want to become a body builder (large muscles on girls is quite sickening). But skin and bones is gross too. So, you probably just want to tone what you have when you get there, and I'd say get a jump rope, resistance bands, a Swiss ball, and some light dumbbells. That'll take you a long way. And while the weather is decent, go out for walks and bike rides. In a few months, you should see what you want to see.
