Do you reason I can lose over 150 lbs by subsequent summer?
Is it in shape to exercise every day, or do I own to give some days a rest?

Of course you can. As a concern of fact, when you start losing mass you may find out that you are happy beside losing a little smaller quantity weight. How you look and perceive would be better indicators than what the scale read. YOU CAN DO IT.
I have hear many family say that you cannot work out on a daily basis. Your body needs a rest. I don't know if this is true or not but "some" physical distraction every day will not hurt at adjectives.
Going on a trip will be a great motivator for you. Good luck.

You could do it theoretically, but losing that much that like a shot might not be healthy.
get through healthy..import cute out soda and junk food, chomp through less than you do in a minute and drink only hose. Work out atleast 4 times a week...45 minutes a day. Good Luck Hun!
you could probably lose something approaching 136 if u keep really devoted and yes it is forceful to exercise every day as long as u dont overwork urself..devout luck
I think you can (depending on how much you weigh now).I don't suggest doing one and the same exercises everyday, change it up some and lug at least sometime off a week.
I construe it would be really hard to lose that much cargo in one year, and probably weak. If you want to lose weight and hold it off, its probably wiser to stick to a plan i.e. reasonable. You will be more promising to stay with your diet this means of access. If you are dedicated ample, it may be possible.
I lost 40 lbs in in the region of three years, but that's because of puberty I guess. You can lose the weight if you use a treadmill, replace most of your gaming near DDR, and avoid binging all the time :D. I used to put away like 4 hot pockets at a time and presently I don't eat any at adjectives, I replaced it with raisin bran :). Anyone can lose the freight. Do not, I repeat, don't ever work yourself too hard or you can die (I almost did, I did 20 minutes of treadmill @ 3MPH on that fruitless ozone day, and they said not to work out heavily) Work tough during the week and take a rest during Saturday and sunday, but remember not to overload on second-hand goods food during the days off :).

1 year? You bet you can lose it! Focus, dedication, and motivation. I voice first thing is obtain someone like a friend or relations, to help support you by working side-by-side. A personal trainer might cost profoundly, but he/she will be the motivation that you need to hold pushing yourself. Friends and family can permit emotion capture in the road and maybe draw from irritated or burnt out, but a personal trainer will stay true and even pretend to approaching you (hehe).

yes I think you can do it if your commited. do some immensity and cardio, eat nutritious, alittle protein snack every 3or 4 hrs will keep your metabolizm going if your doing some weights, they dont own to be heavy body training cargo just some freight muscle keeps obese away, remember arms one day and legs subsequent day provide your body time to recover, chomp through healthy take a trainer, losing alot of weight can hold you look flabby if you dont tone it up. cardio is always well-mannered dont overdo about 30-45 minutes on treadmill or jog whatever you close to best. Once your following this you wont want to stop and if you do stop it its hard to acquire back into. so Have fun beside it. And Good Luck !! Join a gym or maybe Jenny craig. Or both :)
First see your doctor and a dietition.. guard your form: weight watchers let you eat usual food.. try this find some fotos when you were slimmer. label copys put one on the fridge door the rest on cup boards one or two on mirrors; If you believe self hypnosis can work,, another trick fond a quiet spot.. sit down close your eyes weighty breathsnow see your self and someone special in a special place your dressed close to the fox you want to be have fun together. try it.. I used this on afraid students learning to drive.. most turned out great..
