Whats the best protein shake available?

I would not buy protein powder shakes because they contain a lot of unhealthy stuff like bad fat, processed protein like whey,etc. I would make your own protein powder shakes, that's what is best.

Some things you can add to the blender that are good sources of protein would be wheat germ, raw soybeans outside of the pod, apple juice, carrots, seedless grapes, nutritional yeast, coconut, and sunflower seeds.

Expierment with all those, add a little of one and more of another.

Oh, and dont over do it on the raw soybeans, two pods is more then enough.
