What kind of food makes you grow in height?
Answer:
I'm sorry I'm not sure what type of foods would help make them taller, but be sure they get more than enough sleep. You're right that genes play a large part in the matter, but since the human growth hormone is released during sleep (all growth, and muscle repair from working for that matter, happens while we sleep, not when we are awake) make sure they are both getting enough to sleep.
I didn't write this. I just copied from someone else to help this person with a queston that has already been answered.

The height you will eventuall achieve is pre-determined by your genetic make-up. People normally do their most growing in their middle teens, and are fully grown by about age 21.
If you are still a young-un in the growing phase, and wondering just when the height will be put on - the "growth spurt" is largely a matter of when the hormones kick in. I don't think it can be jump-started by any foods. However, it certainly doesn't hurt to keep your general nutrition, including protein and calcium, at a good level.
you can't MAKE yourself grow in height...it's all in your genetics...like i've said before...if a lot of your relatives are tall then more than likely you will be tall...if most of your relatives are short then more than likely you will be short...
