I'm in a healthy family and I eat healthy but i'm NEVER full...how can i fill up w/o eating tons of calories?

I have the same problem.
I can eat all day.
Yesterday my mother-in-law had me over for lunch and she fixed swiss chard, potatoes, cabbage, green beans with onions, radishes.
I was full for a long time.
I think it was from the gas all those vegetables built up inside me.
Bran muffins seem to be popular on Q&A tonight, also.
So maybe you just need more of those fresh vegetables.
