Eight months ago I weighed 154 lbs. I've be working out at the gym since then. My purpose was to procure down to 130 lbs, and I found out last week that I passed that when looked at the size. I'm down to 127 now (woo!). How much more mass should I lose? What's a good substance to maintain for my age and height above sea level? I think I own a medium sized frame.
