Extremely self-conscious?

first off, if you do STOP DRINKING POP even diet pop...you will sense a HUGE difference and drink lots and lots of water. Then, guzzle good proteins close to eggs, chicken, fish, no red meats that hold a lot of fat in them, no sugary carbs resembling cookies, cakes (pretty much anything that tasts yummy), lots of veggies (yuck) and fruits. Workout close to 30-45 minutes as many days as you can a week...move about running, swimming, whatever you close to to do, just breed sure to SWEAT...and weight erect 2-3 days per week (no, you will not look like Arnold Schwartzenager)..the more muscle you own in your body, the faster your body will burn calories.
Next time, you should start for a while more than a month in credit, like at lowest 6 months, then you can guarantee you will look flawless :)
Also, as a side note, I am also 5'4" and would love to be 130 pounds again...I know it is so much easier said than done, but you should not be self-counscious roughly speaking your body, that is a apt weight for someone your altitude!! :)

im almost 17. 5'5 and 125ish. im also completely self-conscious at times. so i can relate! im trying to get toned up for spring break and summer!
im ingestion a lot in good health. no sodas, sweets, fried foods.
lots of fruits and vegetables.
i exercise like 45min-1hour every other hours of daylight. about 3 times a week. 2 or 3 miles on the tredmil. going on for 50 crunches.. and lunges.
dont worry.. you arent solid. =) you are at a healthy freight. just giving you some suggestions to carry toned up. i need too also!
