If your thinking something like it don't! Well you'd probally lose so much wait and liveliness that you'd look like an anerxic slow freak gud luck!
smaller quantity than if you were to purloin the "grazing" approach...when you 'starve' yourself of food, your metabolism shuts down, because your body thinks it's not going to bring back any food, so it stores the fat and eat the muscle you already have on your body first...but consumption an apple a day would roughly miserable about 3-4 lbs a week, lacking extra physical activity...do it the thriving way, and enjoy about 3 small snacks, 3 small meal a day, you'll never surface hungry because you'll always hold something in your stomach...moral luck to you
Well, probably a dramatic amount. And then you'll more than probable end up mortal sick because you're depriving yourself of food.
