Also barley DOES contain gluten. Oats are also avoided bc they are harvest with Wheat but Gluten Free Oats are available at condition food stores and online.

The two grains that do contain gluten are wheat and rye. Wheat contains far more gluten than rye. Other grain do not contain gluten in quantity that are large plenty to matter.
wheat barley and rye contain gluten. oats do not but you must be aware that oats are produced surrounded by factories that also construct wheat products so it does contain enough gluten to irritate someone next to celiacs disease.
