Do eat 5-7 servings of fruits or veggies a morning
2-3 servings whole crumb bread,pasta or rice
2 servings skim milk
lean protein at each spread, a serving is the size of a deck of cards.
Absoloutely no McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, or other fast food. No fried foods, french fries, burgers, etc. No sugar sodas, one and only no cal soda drinks.
