Standing calf raise and seated calf raises are around the only entry that will target your calves. Standing will put more focus on your gastrocnemus (back calves) (spelling?) and seated will put more focus on your soleus (side calves).
How to do standing calf raises (copied and paste from a website).
1. Stand erect with your knees locked or close to locked.
2. Place a barbell across the rear of your shoulders and traps.
3. Put the balls of your foot on the edge of e4-6" block (stair/ block of
wood/ etc.). Your toes should be pointed forward.
4. Lower your heels as far as possible or untill you quality a good stretch contained by
the calf muscles.
5. Raise your heels and stand as tall as possible. Focus on your calves
have to do all the work and hold the contraction for a few second.
6. Do not bounce. Keep your legs strait and your knees and hip locked.
7. Repeat the motion.

1.Sit in a bench near a heavy counterweight plate on your lap, in the vicinity your
knees.
2. Your knees should be bent at a 90 degree angle.
3. Put the ball of your feet on the rim of a 4-6" block. Your
toes should be pointed forward.
4. Lower your heels as far as possible or until you notice a
correct stretch in the calves.
5. Raise your heels as dignified as possible. Focus on your calves
doing all the work and hold for a feww second.
6. Repeat until failure or until you enjoy completed the desired
number of repetitions.
Calves will get satisfactory exercise with their mothers and should be departed with the mother cow until they weigh 300 to 400 pounds next should be separated so they don't pull the mother cow down by excessive nursing.
Ballet can minister to but boring calf raises is probably best. Just be sure to fully extend and contract the muscle by standing on an intention higher than the ground so you can dip your heel down adjectives the way. Calf exercises are the hardest!!
