Im a dieting n00b. minister to!?
my fundamental problem is that i eat at dark, like really really slow at night. are at hand any foods that are okay to eat at hours of darkness? i dont want to have to enjoy to stuff myself at dinner just so that i wont get through later. also any tips for losing marine weight? anything help! thanks!

yeah, salads, but... With nothen but veggies an you can append grilled or baked chicken breast, Chicken breast is so great for your body cause its just no fat an adjectives protien.. So when you eat this an ur body absorb it, it helps build ur muscles even if ur not exerciseing an ur body burns calories... But NO dressing! I go on a diet where I ate chicken breast salads fir a month an drink nothen but flavored river or crystal light an I lost 20lbs within month, an I didnt starve myself or anything cause I ate em approaching 6-8 times a day. Well my best push for is that you shouldnt eat bygone 7 at night and if u must agree to it be something light, yogurt, or possibly a lil bit of fruit. also excerise! as much as possible a 10-20 minutes a day and you should be ok , also its really not WHAT you munch through but HOW much you eat of it.. i close-fisted eating a lil bit of cake is ok..but not a integral cake and icecream..also if u drink soda DONT.. i lost 12 pounds in more or less 2 weeks from not drinking soda.. now i wont touch it.. wet water marine..also water is great for your pores so if u enjoy a ache problem drinking wet will clear it up a lil bit

the purpose you shouldnt eat at hours of darkness is because of this--why do we eat surrounded by the first place? we eat to grasp energy, to fuel our body. at hours of darkness you're sitting around and you go to sleep and theres no method for your body to burn that energy as resourcefully as when you're awake.
a good tip to lose mass is to boost your metabolism by eatin gmany times a day. thats right, get through more often! but dont put away more food, necessarily. if you have, for example, 5 times a light of day where u guzzle, your metabolism is workin constantly so you're burning more. its very in shape for you. this means own a light breakfast, a small snack (like a fruit), after a light lunch, and another small snack (maybe a granola bar), and a muted dinner. if you must eat a substantial meal, breaskfast or lunch should be your heaviest collation! so that u use all that vigour.
